Damian is an Executive and Leadership Coach with proven experience in building and developing high performance individuals and teams. He has a strong technical knowledge coupled with a business and commercial background.

Damian gained his Strategy MSc and his MBA with distinction from the Edinburgh Business School, and has a Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the ILM.

Damian has spent over twenty years in the IT sector and has built Professional and Engineering Services for OpenPSL (part of Bell Micro, a global IT distributor with $3Bn turnover), and AppSense (a Software vendor with revenues of $70Mn and 300 staff) where he was part of the leadership team responsible for strategic planning and operational implementation of an EMEA Professional Services organisation. With a strong coaching and project management background, he has turned around engineering departments managing £30Mn of contract engineering.
